Want to redefine flying with us? We are currently hiring for all positions starting in the next academic year 26/27.
Are you a first year bachelor student (next year)? We are mainly open for Business and Personnel (PR, HR, Business Case) positions for you, as we do not want the high engineering workload to interfere with your studies and hold you back in completing your BSA. Starting as a B&P member is a great pipeline into engineering, as by next year you will already be familiar with our system and work culture.

Role Descriptions
Business and Personnel
Business Case Researcher
Conduct in-depth research into the technical, financial, and market feasibility of the team's core project.
Prepare detailed analyses comparing project costs with potential benefits and revenue opportunities.
Compile research into well-structured reports and presentations to guide team decision-making.
Lead the development of the business case and presentation for competitions like the TU/e Contest.
Public Relations Coordinator
Especially looking for creative individuals with experience in graphic design, video editing, or photography.
Execute the marketing strategy to maintain and strengthen the public image of the team.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
Keep the team website up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and team apparel.
Financial Strategist
Develop and submit the detailed expenses plan for the team’s approved Innovation Space grant.
Manage all incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Maintain clear and organized records of all financial transactions for transparency and accountability.
Ensure all spending aligns with the approved budget and the team's broader financial strategy.
External Affairs Coordinator
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and partners, ensuring mutual benefits.
Research, identify, and reach out to potential new sponsors and partners; develop proposals and negotiate agreements.
Act as a primary contact for external stakeholders; represent the team professionally at events and meetings.
Coordinate the team's participation in international events, managing logistics and networking.
Internal Affairs Coordinator
Execute the recruitment strategy; manage the full process from advertising roles to interviewing and onboarding new members.
Organize community and team-building events to foster a strong, positive, and professional team culture.
Act as a confidential point of contact for personal concerns; prioritize member well-being and monitor team morale.
Support the personal and professional development of team members.
Information Systems Manager
Design, structure, and populate a central wiki to serve as the primary repository for all technical and logistical team knowledge.
Conduct outreach to alumni members to recover and document critical knowledge and procedural gaps.
Establish a clear, intuitive, and searchable structure for the wiki, and promote best practices for documentation across all teams.

Autonomous Flight Engineer
Operate and fly our autonomous VTOL drone
Work with Ardupilot autopilot software
Create mechatronics systems for Plane-to-Car docking
Conduct an in-depth Research and Development into possibility of Drone-to-Drone docking
CAD and Mechatronics Engineer
Research, design and build the docking system for a Drone-to-Car solution
Research, design and build the docking system for a Drone-to-Drone solution
Design an integration solution for putting the Battery-Swap system inside the drone fuselage
Test flight parameters of our drone
Design new features for the Battery-Swap system
Battery Engineer
Conduct research about battery solutions for our Battery-Swap system
Work closely with PCB designers on creating our own BMS - Battery Management System
Help design the power delivery solutions within the Battery-Swap system
Help optimize battery power within our drone
Control System Engineer
Conduct in-depth research in the topic of Control Systems
Develop our own PID and PMC systems for the autonomous quad-plane drone
Coordinate communication and research cooperation with top researchers in the field, from TU/e and TU Delft
Test and experiment with the plane, to get the parameters needed for autonomous control
PCB Design Engineer
Design our proprietary PCBs for motor control, Jettson graphics cards, Raspberry Pi’s and other devices using KiCad
Assemble the through hole and SMD components on PCBs in our electronics workshop
Telemetry and IT Engineer
Setup systems for telemetry acquisition and processing
Create systems for remote control of our prototypes
Manage network and operating systems within our team
Create DevOps pipelines
Testing Manager
